Drag the slider (or press play) to watch activity spread from Twist1 through a 269-gene network (driver + 168 responses + top-100 intermediates). Switch on the size option to see how the NetPert weights relate to where activity flows.

The animation shows Twist1's linear diffusion on the subnetwork. Time is scaled by Twist1's out-degree (199), and it runs until ~95% of the driver's activity has left it (5.6% remains). Node positions are a spring layout of edges; sizes are the NetPert weights (r = 0.5).
